The framework

The seven tools.

Seven kinds of space. One practice. These aren't steps you graduate from. They're a tool belt you reach for when you need it, for the rest of your life.

1

Love Yourself Unconditionally

Love all of you, especially the parts you hide.

Most of us try a earn love by presenting a polished version of ourselves. Real connection starts when you stop rejecting parts of yourself. When you do, you stop needing someone else to complete you. You show up whole.

Hear it · Episode 01

The practice

Say it quietly, every morning: I love myself unconditionally. When a part of you raises its hand and says no you don't, turn toward it and say: I love that part too.

2

Don't Believe Every Story

Question the old story before it drives.

Your mind runs stories written years ago. Some of them protected you once. Many of them are still running on software from 1985. Notice the story and you get to choose whether to believe it.

Hear it · Episode 02

The practice

Split it in two: The sensation in my body is ___. The story my mind is telling is ___. Then ask how old that story is.

3

Listen to Your Body

Your body knows before your mind does.

Your nervous system reacts to connection, rejection, and attraction before your mind can explain why. Most dating anxiety is ghost lions: a threat your body feels that isn't actually there.

Hear it · Episode 03

The practice

Before you walk into the room, stop. Three slow breaths, longer on the exhale. Ask: is this a lion, or a ghost lion? Then walk in.

4

Enter the Arena

You can't find love from the sidelines.

Connection takes courage. Shift the goal from making it work to discovering what is actually there, and you give yourself permission to miss. Every miss is a rep.

Hear it · Episode 04

The practice

One low-stakes rep a day. Make eye contact with a stranger and smile. Say hi to the parent at pickup you usually avoid.

5

Connect Courageously

Show up available, not perfect.

Available to listen. Available to share honestly. Available to be in the moment without needing it to become something. Presence is the whole move.

Hear it · Episode 05

The practice

In your next conversation, put the phone away and ask one real question. Then listen to the whole answer.

6

Don't Eat the Bunny

Let love breathe.

When love finally shows up, fear wants to grab it, control it, and lock it down before it has time to grow. Healthy love needs space, patience, and trust.

Hear it · Episode 06

The practice

When you feel the urge to grab, name it: that's me trying to eat the bunny. Then do the next small, calm thing instead.

7

Relationship Grilled Cheese

Stay you.

Great relationships keep the bread: two whole people with their own lives, choosing each other every day. If I don't take care of myself, two people drown.

Hear it · Episode 07

The practice

Write down your daily non-negotiables, the things that make you you. Protect them first, not last.

The one vow

When I am aware of the work,
I will do the work.

You don't have to be aware all the time. Just honest in the moments you are.
